Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels the service or if collection cannot proceed due to:

• Incorrect vehicle details

• Lack of access

• Vehicle not being available at the agreed time
  
  Vehicle Auction Collection
  If we have to wait over the 30min window to collect the vehicle from auction, you will be charged £30 for every  additional  30 mins we are waiting.
   

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
